Pneumatic Actuator Operated Ball Valve

Pneumatic Actuator Operated Ball Valve is instrumental in fast conversion of compressed air based energy into mechanical motion. Generated rotary mechanical motion is used for attaining 90 degree positional angle of ball valve having single acting or double acting design. It adopts rack and pinion mechanism. As part of its design, this actuator comprises of circular gear/pinion and linear gear/rack. Its pinion is used for conversion of linear motion into circular motion. Opening and closing mechanism of the stem of ball valve is managed by pinion of this actuator.
